Summer has come to an end, and fall is upon us. Autumn is such a beautiful time of the year. The leaves change into vibrant colors, we start to meal plan yummy stews, and soups and the crisp cool air touches our skin to remind us how alive we are. To me, it represents the opportunity for change and releasing all things that have been in my way. Hence the word “fall” can have many meaningful metaphors.
Below you will see a video of my interview on Fox Nation, a new listing, and a book of the month club by JFK that is apropos during this time in history.
Enjoy this special time of the year with your loved ones.

“Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country…” So prophetic during this time in history. Right? This book gave me chills every time I turned the page. The many men who worked and fought for this country until their dying days was astounding! The discourse and pernicious behavior were, at times, the same as it is now. But the patriotism was, and I hope still is as hopeful and powerful as ever since this great nation of ours was founded. What a great time to read this book if you have the time. JFK won a Pulitzer Prize for this book, and well deserved, I might add.
Happy reading ~
