We are in the month of Pumpkins! My favorite time of the year… Those of us in California are still feeling the heat of summer, but I hope that as we move into Fall, we will feel some cool, crisp air soon.
Even with all the unfortunate events in Wine Country and around the globe, we are experiencing a very robust real estate market in the Bay area. If you are interested in selling or buying in Northern California, please give me a call.
Don’t forget to scroll down and view our featured listings and this month’s Book of the month pick!
Now go Fall into the love of this season.

If you haven’t noticed by now, I have been a bit obsessed recently with JFK and Jackie O! This will be the third book I have ready about them. The previous book I recommended about Jacqueline was a Roman à clef. However, this particular book is a biography of Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy. This heartbreaking story takes you behind the scenes of the press into the very private life of Jacqueline. As remarkable as her life may have appeared to the world, Jackie suffered something awful. The love for her husband never changed from the moment they met until the day she died. Her in-between's were filled with motes of drinks, appearance, and insignificant nothings to pass the time until she could fall into a slumber.
She was and still is a cherished icon in America. Her poise, elegance, and self-restraining ladylike ways should be an example for all of us. If you ever find yourself wishing you could live a bigger life, this is a reminder that not all things glazed in glitter are filled with joy. The bigger life can often bring bigger problems. My hope and prayer are that Jackie is resting in peace with her beloved “Jack” JFK…
