Agi Vermes Smith Group April Newsletter
Message from Agi
With all my heart, I am hopeful you and your families are safe and healthy.
Having been in Real Estate for over 30 years, I had sold properties when interest rates were at 18%, earthquakes in both Southern Cal (Northridge) and Napa (’14),Fires, ’08 crash, and more. What I know to be true… Real Estate will always continue… There may be a small timeout in our industry, my team and I are thinking outside our box, and we continue to work.
We are set up to have video calls with all our clients and friends. We are working towards accessing videos of properties our buyers have a potential interest in purchasing. As you know, my listings all have videos should there be an interested party.
Please see below a video message from me, scroll down to the end as I have much to share, including a fabulous book and a guided meditation video.
I am always here should you wish to chat about the market or if you need a friendly voice.

We created a YouTube Channel called Engel & Völkers Virtual Open Houses to feature all of our listings. This will help us increase not only exposure of our listings but also our network and cross-marketing power we have among our group. The videos will be categorized via region, to help potential buyers navigate through our channel and to find the homes/regions they are interested in. The company will pay for the promotion of the channel and videos to quickly grow our views, targeted to affluent buyers. See below to view a virtual open house of our fabulous listing at 3291 Saint Helena Hwy.
Jon Kabat-Zinn, an MIT graduate, is world-renowned for his Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I had the good fortune to meet Jon in ’17 at a Mindfulness conference in NYC. I chose this book for this month’s newsletter because I believe all of us could use a boost in managing the monkeys in our heads. Jon reminds us to stay present, in this moment because that is all we have. Don’t let your brain run into the future because that is fortune-telling, and it does no good, especially if it is laced in fear and lack. I would encourage you to click on the link below and listen to one of Jon’s meditations. We should all take care of our selves not just physically, but mentally too. I would also encourage you to visit his website for more information: https://www.mindfulnesscds.com
