Message from Agi
Dear Friends,
This summer has been fruitful in the real estate market. My team and I have had a whirlwind of business and press.
In the past 30 days we have accomplished the following press opportunities for our listings:
- Fox Nation interviewed me at our beautiful listing in St. Helena which will air on August 27th on Fox Nation’s streaming service
- Frontpage article in the WSJ
- Featured article in the NYTimes
- Featured article in the San Francisco Chronicle
- Featured article Twice in the Napa Register
- Featured article on MansionGlobal
I am proud to say this press came from all the work we have poured into our social media efforts and advertising. Marketing is my passion, and I love that we have gotten such a strong response. We have just listed a beautiful property in Los Angeles, and we continue to sell all across the country due to our powerful marketing, negotiating, and expertise in the real estate field.
As we near the close of summer I have taken a look at the many areas of my life I am grateful for. We can never be too thankful in today’s world, and I encourage all of us to find the happy moments life offers us daily.
Warmly,
Agi Smith

Book Club
Like many of you, I have been cooking a LOT lately! My daughter and I love to bake together, and so, we spent much of the summer cooking and baking side by side. I don’t eat processed sugar, grains, gluten, or dairy. Luckily, years ago I met Rachel Conners, a friend of mines daughter, who at the time was going to college. She was an avid baker who started a blog www.bakerita.com while in college. Of course, I followed her blog and often found great recipes off her site. It was no surprise to me that she has since then become a superstar and published her first cookbook Bakerita. Let me tell you… every yummy recipe is precisely correct and delicious! You don’t feel like you are missing out, and it feels like a cheat without all the bad stuff. I recommend you not only get her book but follow her blog. If my instincts serve me well, we will soon see Rachel with her own TV show… Happy Baking!
